Mass production
Our in-house production - fast, reliable and first-class quality
With our modern machinery, we manufacture SMD and SMD/THT mixed assemblies - from prototypes up to 20,000 units per year. We guarantee the highest precision. Every product undergoes a comprehensive functional test to ensure our high quality standards.
We do offer pure external production - however, we also produce assemblies for our customers that were not developed by us. This is in the sense of "one-stop shopping".
SMD production
The solder paste is dispensed using stencil printing and applied precisely to the defined solder pads.
Our latest-generation SMD pick-and-place machine with two placement axes assembles the PCB quickly and precisely - even with the smallest components. Before soldering, an AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) check verifies that all components are placed in the correct position with the correct rotation.
Finally, the components are reliably soldered using a reflow process.
THT production
Thanks to our wave soldering system, we can efficiently process assemblies with THT (Through-Hole Technology) components and achieve a high-quality soldering result.
The use of NoClean flux eliminates the otherwise necessary cleaning process - saving time and money.
Testing and quality assurance
We use state-of-the-art measuring equipment to test every single product before it leaves our premises. Sophisticated tests at the limits ensure high quality and minimal failure rates.
Thanks to our extensive experience in test adapter construction and reproducible measurements of radio characteristics, we achieve precise results.
Assembly
For customer and in-house products, we can take care of the complete housing installation of the assembled PCBs on request.
Individual, customer-specific labeling is also possible.
After installation, we test the devices directly in the housing - including transmission power - and ensure reliable function for final use.
